How do I let go?

I've been asked recently by several people, "How do I let go?"

For me it's been all about embracing what I want to let go of; whether it's an unwanted pattern, belief or holding on to something or someone. If I can uncover how it's contributed to my life, my healing and personal growth, it transforms my relationship to it. It then lives in me as something to cherish, something to celebrate.
